This Open file publication presents a model of interpolated and minimum estimates of drift and till thicknesses, as well as an indication of different till facies.

Directory structure:

\            	    - Contains the English version of this readme file (readme.txt); a file containing an end-user agreement in English for 
			digital data (licence_agreement_e.txt); a Published Map File (PMF); and an ArcMap GIS Project File (MXD).
\apps               - Contains ESRI® ArcReader™ v. 9.3 software (see below for information on installation).
  \documentation    - Contains license agreement for ESRI® ArcReader™ v. 9.3 in pdf file format 
\data		    - Data files designed for GIS analysis and querying.
  \gis		    - Contains data files designed for GIS analysis and querying in two formats.  
    \shp            - Directory for shapefile format.  
    \dem            - Directory for ERDAS ER Mapper Compress Wavelet file (.ecw)
\doc                - Contains documents in Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) and Portable document (pdf) formats.
  \HTML             - Directory for HTML format.
    \images         - Contains images for HTML files.
  \PDF              - Contains images for figures in PDF format.
\meta               - Contains metadata in 'FGDC classic' format.

Applications Directory (\apps)

Contains installation file for ArcReader™.

The installation file for ArcReader™ v 9.3 for Windows® was downloaded from http://www.esri.com/software/arcgis/arcreader/download.html. Please visit this web site for system requirements, documentation and user guides. 
 
Installation of ArcReader™ under Windows® requires administrator privileges.
During installation, files are put in the TEMP directory. A TEMP environment variable must be set and the TEMP directory should be writable. 
 
To install ArcReader™, run or double-click on the file setup.exe and follow the instructions of the installation wizard.
 
To get started quickly in viewing the digital data using ArcReader™, copy the contents of the entire DVD to your root C drive (C:\); then double-click on the file OF6324.pmf.

 
Data Directory (\data)
______________________

Contains data in shapefile format for the GIS data files. The GIS map feature class names and attributes are explained in the \doc\html\descript.htm file on this DVD.


System requirements

PC with 486 or greater processor, or Mac® with OS® X v. 10.2.2 or later; Adobe® 
Reader® v. 6.0 or later; video resolution of 1280 x 1024.
