Summary(Plain Language Summary, not published)
Geotechnical investigations are used to describe the engineering properties of soils. In marine environments, they are important for safe and efficient installation of infrastructure on the seabed. Atlantic Canada has a complex inner shelf that will pose challenges for any future offshore renewable energy installations. This report summarizes key geotechnical properties necessary for offshore wind energy installations.
