The Government of Canada has produced the "Federal Airborne LiDAR Data Acquisition Guideline" document in support of LiDAR data acquisitions. This document is to be used as a resource for the acquisition of base elevation data from airborne LiDAR data undertaken across Canada. This guideline aims to provide advice to federal, provincial and territorial departments, as well as individuals and organizations in Canada that need to understand and plan for airborne LiDAR data acquisition.
