This report presents new biostratigraphic ages for two industry exploration wells on the Labrador Shelf. These ages provide new insights into the stratigraphy, paleoenvironment of deposition, and lithostratigraphic subdivision of the sedimentary rocks. The work is significant in the insights gained from the lower part of the Upper Cretaceous section and the Cretaceous-Cenozoic boundary.
