| Abstract | (Summary)
This series of runs was performed as part of a larger program to test different additives. Conditions and operating mode were pre-established and identical to those used in series
87-CG-01 to 05 and will be used again in future series with other additives to make the results directly comparable. This report describes the results of the test with iron sulphate, to which CANMET heavy gas oil was added as diluent, as additive.
Data on the operation of the pilot plant, reactor solids behaviour, ash and TIOR balances, hydrogen consumption, gas make and some information on the product properties are given. |
