Summary(Plain Language Summary, not published)
This report contributes to the study of ancient oceanic crust in northern British Columbia and southern Yukon. It details the state of legacy fossil collections that were collected over the last 40 years. These collections help to constrain the age and origin of volcanic and sedimentary rocks that formed in ancient ocean basins. This report forms the first step to improving the fossil constraints on the geology through re-examination of existing collection and will ultimately contribute to regional syntheses that will integrate legacy and new data in a consistent framework.
