Summary | (Plain Language Summary, not published) This Open File report provides the first spectral database of reference samples housed in the National Mineral Collection (NMC). The focus was on clay
minerals commonly found in alteration haloes that can vector to ore deposits. This database is a foundation for building future spectral libraries on other reference minerals and eventually bedrock, useful for interpreting hyperspectral imagery in
remote areas. |
