This open file provides digital summaries in ArcInfo and Excel compatible formats of rock lithology descriptions for stations from the Kananaskis west half map area of British Columbia and Alberta. It includes descriptions for 2000 stations translated and transcribed from field notes written in the 1960's and 900 digital stations collected Targeted Geoscience Initiative III. This information should be of interest to exploration geoscientists and other researchers.
