Summary | (Plain Language Summary, not published) The Charlevoix-Kamouraska Seismic Zone is the most active zone of Quebec. The region has had five earthquakes of between 6 and 7 on the Richter scale
and hundreds of small earthquakes are recorded there yearly. The poster presnet maps and photographs of damage and invite the public to be prepared in case a damaging earthquake occurs in the future. |
