AbstractThe physical description, scanning electron microscope imaging and initial results on nitrogen content and aggregation state (determined by Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy) of the Chidliak diamonds were presented in CNGO's 2012 Summary of Activities. Here we provide an update on the diamond residence history based on nitrogen concentration-aggregation relationships, and carbon and nitrogen isotopic characteristics.
Summary(Plain Language Summary, not published)
The physical description, SEM imaging and initial results on nitrogen content and aggregation state (determined by Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy) of the Chidliak diamonds were presented in the 2012 Summary of Activities. Here we provide an update on the diamond residence history based on nitrogen concentration-aggregation relationships, and carbon and nitrogen isotopic characteristics.
