| Abstract | This paper discusses the evolution of the radiometric calibration of RADARSAT CDPF (Canadian Data Processing Facilities) products during the period December 1995, to December 1997. When RADARSAT was
launched, a set of preliminary calibration estimated were available from system modelling and these were used to initialize the system. The knowledge of the calibration parameters is passed to the processor by the payload parameter file and 16 of
these have been issued since launch. This paper outlines the procedures to characterize the significant changes that have occurred in this process. |
