| Abstract | To evaluate the potential of SAR data acquired from various instruments for the estimation of soil moisture, an integration method was developed to provide a common basis for analysis. This method is
based on image filtering and rectification algorithms developed at CCRS. The influence of the integration on the radiometry of the SAR images was evaluated by extracting descriptive statistics of selected training areas before and after the
